AquaFarm is a
simulation and decision support system for aquaculture design and management
planning. AquaFarm can be applied to a wide range of crustacean and
finfish production facilities, including static and recirculating green-water
pond systems, intensive water reuse and recirculation systems, and
flow-through systems. For more

POND - A Decision Support System for Warmwater Aquaculture
This project, sponsored by the Pond Dynamics/Aquaculture Collaborative Research Support Program (PD/A CRSP), focuses on developing models and decision tools for aquaculture. The primary focus of the PD/A CRSP has been on tilapia production, but the Biosystems Analysis Group has been working with other species as well.
